PROCESSING TIME
My current processing time is 3-8 days. This is the time from which you place your order, to the time it is able to be packaged and shipped. If the processing time for specific orders take longer than anticipated, I will personally contact you with updates. Multiple pending orders will not be combined.
SHIPPING & FALSE DELIVERY
** Once an order is shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. It is very important for you to give a correct, complete address. **
"I accidentally put the wrong address. What do I do?"
If somehow a mistake is made while you are filling out your shipping information, you must contact me at @contact.auraandstone@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order to ensure it gets fixed before the order is processed. If you contact me for shipment changes after 24 hours, shipping must be charged again due to a new shipping label for the updated address.
Once your order is packaged and shipped, Aura and Stone is not responsible for any false deliveries, or any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. There is no refund for delayed or lost shipment.
All packages are shipped through USPS from Johnstown, New York.
CANCELLATION
"I don't want the crystals I bought, can I get a refund?"
There is no current cancellation policy. It is very important to purchase responsibly.
MISSING OR WRONG ITEM
If you are missing an item or have been sent the wrong item, please contact me at contact.auraandstone@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can send out your item ASAP. If we are contacted more than 5 days after delivery we are unable to resend the item.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
"My crystals came damaged. What do I do?"
Aura and Stone is not responsible for lost packages or damages done to your products once it is dropped off at the post office.
All items are wrapped safely with extra padding and multiple fragile stickers to ensure that all items are arrived protected. Any and all damages must be filed through shipping company in regards to damaged packages or items.
